We stayed in a luxurious suite and it was really lovely room. Very clean and nice furniture with a good layout. It had three windows as it was on the corner of the building. It felt like an apartment rather than a room. Dinner in the restaurant was lovely 😊. The pool area is quite small but we’ll looked after. The hot tub was lovely. The staff in all areas of the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. Nothing too much trouble. Jayne was very responsive to all of my messages and questions before we arrived and greeted us fondly when we checked in. The waiting staff in the restaurant where things are a bit more formal we’re very friendly and helpful. My daughter had her nails done by Chloe who was very nice. Breakfast was good and again the staff were almost providing table service despite it being buffet style breakfast. Some areas I feel could do with sprucing up a bit but I would absolutely stay again. I can’t praise the staff enough so attentive and obviously love working there. There are a lot of groups of golfers mainly blokes having a good time and can be a bit noisy but the staff are good at ensuring the quieter guests families etc are in the restaurant and the noisier groups in the bar. Lastly really want to mention the ladies and gents working in the pool area who are very friendly and make all sort of efforts to ensure you are enjoying your time in the leisure area. We had lunch in the pool area and it was very nice 😊.

There were lots of positive things about my stay, let's start with the room, very standard and comfortable. I went swimming a lovely pool area the walk to the changing room not the greatest but what was standout was the young man on the pool reception (glasses and lots of tattoos, dark hair) I left my key in my room, wasn't a hundred percent sure of my room number, he sorted it while I had a swim, was helpful and chatty with it. I had my dinner early and was greeted by a very polite man ( jake or Jack maybe,16 years old ) took my order no problem, I ordered a burger and chips the chips were absolutely delicious the best I've had in a long time. I came back later in the evening for pudding and coffee, the pudding was absolutely perfect, I had the chocolate thing with chocolate in the middle it was a show stealer hats off for that.....slept fine the bed was clean and comfy the room itself was a good temperature not too hot, went for breakfast again absolutely lovely the same young waiter a nice amount of chat for the morning not to much, very very pleasant stay.

After staying at Best Western Ullesthorpe Court Hotel we will no longer need to search for a good hotel but will on all future visits stay here . The staff and I mean all of the staff were absolutely brilliant so friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and plentiful . The spar is lovely. Everything about this hotel is top notch. Highly recommend it. Thank you Ullesthorpe Court for making our stay so very relaxing and enjoyable.

The hotel was lovely, our room was very comfortable and we slept well. The breakfast was very good. We had a lovely greeting from the receptionist when we arrived. The pool was very nice but maybe the sauna and steam room should be working for the complete opening hours and not just from 9am, also no toilet near the pool is inconvenient as you have to go back to the changing area upstairs which makes the floor slippery near the stairs.

the property was really cosy & simply great. our trip was very last minute and Jayne ensured we had a great stay. the facilities were fab. indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room & jacuzzi which was all complimentary. The hotel was quite remote, so not many shops around. you’d need to get in your car and drive around 10mins either way to get to any shops. but it was serene & quiet. Will definitely visit again.
